Love series so far but author needs to quick breaking up chapters in so many books combine the "short books" into a big one and maybe split up between 4-5 books. Wouldn't read if it wasn't for kindle unlimited it's silly to pay for a few chapters that leave cliff hanger

Frustrated with this series and OVER this author

This is my first review of a book or book series on Amazon. I am torn on my review. I have read the other reviews and have to agree with a lot of them. While I do like the story and it is holding my attention I over it. I will not read any other book series by this author if this is how all of her series are written.
I am glad that I have Kindle Unlimited. If I did not have KU these books would NO way be worth the price. Most of the books are so short they really can not even be called a book. This entire series so far could have been put into 4 maybe 5 books max. Here we are at book 20 AND still NO end in sight.
I am so tired of the wishy washy back and forth. They are together, they are apart, they trust each other, they don't trust each other. They split up and are apart a max of a few hours and then they are back together. Get real.
Now in book 20 we have 4 major things going on (a) Lilah Parks trial (b) Worthington out of jail and out for revenge (c) Lameuix (d) Charlotte under suspicion of murder. Seriously. If this series keeps going the way the last 20 books have gone I foresee it not being over for another 40 books - 10 per major event. Which is just obscene.
Add to all of this all of the typos, the double words in sentences, the left out words. At times hard to read. You should not need to read a sentence 3 times or more in order figure out what it should have said.
So if you are reading this and considering starting this series and don't have KU I would find something else. If you have KU and want to start this series keep in mind it is a never ending series thus far and can be very frustrating.

I am so done with this series. TWENTY books in and it is still not over. If the characters were likeable or anything, I'd keep reading. The characters and story just keeps getting worse and worse. Don't bother.
